Data we collect through Instagram

If you commented a keyword (for example, “LIST”) on one of our Instagram posts, our automation may have stored a small record so it could send you a one-time reply with our waitlist link. This record contains only your Instagram username, your Instagram user ID, the text of your comment, and the date.

We do not collect your email, phone number, password, or any private message content through this automation. If you later join our waitlist by filling out the linked form, that email is handled separately under our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion of your Instagram data

Email us and we will permanently delete the record described above:

Include your Instagram handle (the @username you commented with) so we can locate and remove the matching record. Please send the request from, or reference, the Instagram account in question.

• What we delete: the stored comment record (username, user ID, comment text).
• Timeline: we confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, typically much sooner.
• Confirmation: we reply by email once the record has been removed.

Deleting your Mamentum account

If you have a Mamentum app account, you can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

1. Open the Mamentum app and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Select Delete Account and confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, messages, matches, custody and calendar data, and all other personal data associated with your account. You can also email support@mamentumapp.com to request account deletion if you cannot access the app.
